Rush for Life: Moving on up to multiple franchises
Finalist for the HJ British Hairdressing Business Awards for franchisee of the year, Nicola Keith-Jopp from Rush Reigate talks to us about her journey with Rush.

How long have you worked for Rush: 15 years.
How has your career changed since joining Rush: Since being with Rush they have helped me achieve all my passions and goals in my career. I started as a Stylist and worked my way up to a top Stylist. In that time I also completed a colour expert course, achieved my A1 Awards and became an NVQ Educator for Rush. I was also part of the Rush cutting team working alongside the Rush Artistic team, taking part in shows and education seminars around the country. In 2009 I opened my first Franchise salon with Rush in Reigate and I’m planning to open a second salon later this year, so looking forward to owning 2 Rush franchises.
What has been your greatest achievement at Rush: I would say everything I achieved with Rush I am very proud of. I was thrilled to win Franchisee of the year 2014 at Rush’s internal awards (The Rush Oscars) and most recently being nominated as a finalist for the HJ British Hairdressing Business Awards for Franchisee of the year 2015.
