The clients will be an always-on focus for you, as you set the scene for everyone that enters and leaves the salon, and you’ll make each feel special and excited to return.

Responsibilities

You’ll ensure our clients are looked after at every touch point. Answering phones efficiently and courteously to ensure the growth of salon revenue.

You will support your team with bookings, taking payments, general housekeeping around the salon and providing refreshments for clients.

This role can be very fast-paced, and you will find yourself multi-tasking regularly. So, you’ll need to be efficient and be able to maintain a high level of service at all times.

Desired Qualifications

There are no qualifications required, but an interest in hair is preferred, and applicants should be able to use social media.

To succeed in this role, you will be people-centric, proactive, able to multi-task and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Benefits

A starting salary of £9.50 per hour and 28 days of annual leave yearly (inclusive of Bank Holidays). You can make the most of our 40% friends and family discount on all services and up to 20% off on professional homecare products.

Once you’re part of the Rush team, you’ll also be invited to social events, like the Rush Oscars, where we come together to celebrate our successes.

Personal Development

We’ll provide service training days with our Rush Area Managers, which are designed to underpin the core values of what we mean as a brand and provide guidance while developing your career.

They empower us to collectively deliver the best salon experience for all our clients. We have a varied range of roles to progress to, whether you want to be our next Salon Manager or take a position at Head Office. We’re always looking for great talent to nurture.

Mentoring

At Rush, we always say that we’re a family, and you’ll see how true that is when you join the team. The Salon Manager will be your guiding hand and role model, but you’ll also find support in the Stylists and other Front of House members you work alongside.

As a group, we are directed and inspired by our fabulous Artistic Team, with training to keep us all up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
