Rush nominated for 2 HJ British Hairdressing Business Awards
Rush are pleased to announce Rush Co-Founder and Chairman Andy Phouli has been nominated for Business Director of the year alongside Rush Reigate franchisee Nicola Keith-Jopp as Franchisee of the year.
Rush have undergone a huge business expansion in the last year, rapidly growing nationwide within their franchise division. In the past 4 months Rush has opened 4 franchise salons with a target of reaching lots more by the end of 2015 to grow Rush’s overall salon presence across the UK.

Rush franchisee Nicola Keith-Jopp has been with Rush for over 15 years working in all areas of the company from a stylist to hair consultant, to an educator with Rush’s training academy and then a member of the elite workshop team.
I loved my job but I wanted to pursue a different aspect of the business”
Nicola says “It was then that I decided the next step was to open my own Rush Hair salon” so in 2009 Nicola met with the co-founders and went forward with opening her new salon in Reigate. “We met and discussed everything from location to recruitment and all of the legalities of owning my own franchise, they were very supportive and always there if I needed to talk anything through with them”.
Her salon has been hugely successful and she was awarded franchisee of the year at the 2014 Rush Oscars, our annual in-house awards ceremony. Her passion for doing what she loves shines through and we are so pleased her hard work has been recognised by the British Hairdressing Business Awards.
