Reports to CEO and Co-Founder

Company Overview

Rush Hair and Beauty is a fast paced multi award winning salon group, who are growing and expanding their brand into new regions and cities.

With an award winning Artistic Team and creativity at the heart of everything we do, the CEO and Co-Founder needs a business minded PA to join the busy team.

Currently with over 80 salons nationwide across the UK and more salons in the plan, this person will support the CEO and Co-Founder in their expansion plans and work with key suppliers to execute this strategy.

Summary of the role

The PA to the CEO and Co-Founder will be an integral person in the daily management of the Co-Founder of Rush Hair and Beauty. Daily office tasks will include diary management, scheduling and booking meetings to accommodate a packed working week.

The PA will be expected to possibly attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions, ensuring the CEO and Co-Founder is always updated on business projects and other key stakeholders.

Email in-box management and replying to business and RSVP queries will also be highly active in this role.

Agenda planning, preparing presentations and copy writing will feature in day to day office life. Liaising with suppliers, photographers and other key creative persons, including the Rush Artistic Team via phone and written communication.

Key Stakeholders

Key stakeholders will include all senior management, board directors, PA’s for all directors, Marketing team and Operations team.

Qualifications and Skills

This role will require confidence when using computer programmes, excellent written skills and impeccable communication skills both internal and external. A clear and professional telephone manner will be required at all times and diary management skills from a previous role would be ideal.

Organisational skills and multitasking will be at the heart of this role, alongside a passion for creativity, business acumen and always striving to achieve more.

This person needs to work well under pressure, have the ability to solve problems and can stay calm throughout busy tasks.

This candidate will be hardworking, honest and loyal to the brand, ambitious and a team player.

An understanding of photography would be desired but not a necessity.
